Like The Characteristic Symptoms Of Covid19
, I have a cold, dry phlegm, cough, fever but still at 36.4 docs Do I get co-19?
Hello, thank you for the question to HealthReplies.com
Basically, body temperature of 36.4 degrees Celsius is normal (no fever). COVID-19 has the main symptoms of fever and dry cough. Other symptoms that can be found include limp body, cough with phlegm, headache, shortness of breath, sore throat, muscle and joint pain. Cold symptoms such as colds are rarely found on COVID-19.
Your symptoms actually do not lead to COVID-19 symptoms. However, if you have a history of exposure to other people who suffer from COVID-19, or around your area have reported many cases of COVID-19, or you have risk factors for exposure to the virus, then you can be categorized as suspect (people under monitoring). For the time being you should isolate yourself in your home while continuing to monitor your symptoms:
Do not go outside the house at all except for the benefit of a doctor's examination. Sleep in your own room, not with other people in your house, if possible, use your own bathroom. Also, use a mask at all times, except when you are alone in your room. correct, cover your mouth and nose with the inside of your elbows Dispose of used tissues clean snot / remove phlegm in a closed trash can, do not spit carelessly Wash your hands as often as possible, suggest that your householders do the same thing Disinfection of items at home you as often as possible, especially the items you touch, don't eat from one plate or use cutlery together. Take care of your health by getting enough sleep and rest, eating enough, drinking more fluids, and not smoking. If you have a fever of more than 38 degrees celcius, telephone 119 ext 9 to find out further examination flow.
