Limp Body In Meningiomas?
My mother was sentenced to a tumor (meningioma), now I am waiting for surgery. But my mother’s body is often weak, is there a solution so that the body is not weak?
Hello Nurfitriyani, Thank you for the question.
Does your mother experience other symptoms? Have you checked your mother's condition to the doctor? Limp complaints can be caused by a number of health conditions that are quite varied and to ensure that further doctor's examination is needed. Some causes of limp complaints for example:
metabolic disorders such as impaired liver function, impaired kidney function. electrolyte disturbance
stress or depression
If this condition still persists, you should check your condition to the doctor further, considering your mother must be in good condition before undergoing surgery. The doctor needs to ask further questions about the complaints experienced by your mother, physically examine your mother, and conduct other supporting examinations if needed such as blood tests, X-rays, ECG, echocardiography, and others to find the cause of this complaint and provide further treatment accordingly with the results of this inspection.
In the meantime, you can encourage your mother to make the following suggestions:
get enough rest every day
consume nutritious food
sufficient water consumption
exercise regularly for example by walking casually every day
keep your hands clean
avoid contact with people who are sick
manage stress well
Hopefully this information helps you.
