Liquid Bowel Movements In Infants Of 7 Months Who Have Been MPASI?
my baby is 7 months and 1 week old but has runny poop just like when he hasn’t been infected, is there any cause and it’s dangerous right? r n r nTrimksih
Hello Chaicha, thank you for your question to HealthReplies.com
At the age of 7 months, baby food in general still tends to be liquid and does not contain a lot of fiber. Stool that is still liquid at this age is normal. Baby feces will usually begin to become thicker when the consistency of food has begun to get coarser and will become denser in shape when they start eating as their parents eat (usually at the age of 1 year or more). Stool that looks dry and difficult to remove precisely indicates that the baby is experiencing constipation and is not normal.
Give MPASI according to recommendations from your pediatrician and adjust to the age and ability of your baby to eat. Make sure your baby gets a complete diet consisting of carbohydrates (rice, potatoes, pasta, oats, or other sources of carbohydrates), animal protein (meat, fish and seafood, eggs), vegetable protein (tofu, tempeh, beans - beans), fat, and complete with vegetables and fruit.
So much information from me, hopefully enough answer
