Listening To Voices That Come From Yourself, And Can’t Be Controlled?
Hello doctor.. I want to ask you it’s been more than 2 months I feel very strange with myself. I feel like I can’t control my own inner voice because the inner voice I hear is very low in volume and sounds like blasphemous words or misses something that’s true… I always feel panicky when the voice comes, my left chest feels like tightness if I don’t. let the voice say it … and if the voice has appeared I feel sorry and afraid because the voice is related to the beliefs that I profess .. every time that voice comes I always panic and repeatedly stop it with words on my lips .. until I can’t do activities because I’m afraid the words will come again and again… I want to ask why, doctor.. Can hypnotherapy help..
Listening to voices that are self-evident, and uncontrollable, can be a sign of:

Hypnotherapy is an alternative method used to suggest someone through hypnosis by professionals in this field. Whether or not this method is effective will depend on the type of disorder you are experiencing.
In many cases, hypnotherapy can indeed help a person's psychological condition better and reduce stress, for example in diseases such as sexual dysfunction, smoking, phobias, asthma, sleep disorders, and others. But of course this will not be effective in all forms of health problems.
Please check your condition, and follow the advice of your psychologist, psychiatrist. Hypnotherapy methods should also be done only if you are permitted by your psychologist or psychiatrist.
So, hope it helps.
