Hello, Akmal joedhiawan, thanks for asking HealthReplies.com.
From the symptoms you feel (lumbago, lower abdominal pain, feeling incomplete after urinating) it can be caused by several possible causes originating from the urinary tract:
1. Urinary tract infections
2. Urinary stones, kidney stones
3. Prostate enlargement
The urinary excretory system starts from the kidneys, ureters, bladder, to the urethra. If there is interference with one or more urinary tract organs, the symptoms that can be felt are from low back pain, lower abdominal pain, to pain in the genitals. In addition, there can be disturbances when urinating, for example pain, incompleteness, dripping, passing of gritty urine, bleeding, frequent urination but little by little, or not being able to urinate at all. To determine the cause, consult your doctor immediately, so that an examination is performed direct physical examination, and if necessary to carry out supporting examinations in addition to urinalysis as well as ultrasound or X-rays. Treatment really depends on the cause.
To relieve symptoms, you should do the following:
1. Drink more water
2. Take paracetamol to relieve pain
3. Reducing things that trigger the formation of kidney stones, such as oxalate, animal protein, calcium supplements, energy-boosting drinks.
4. Enough rest
5. Immediately to the doctor to get the right therapy
That's it, I hope it's useful.
