Hello good Morning. I am a woman with 23 years old. For more than 7 days I have always been 32 degrees in body temperature. Initially I ignored, maybe my thermometer is broken. But even when going to the mall, and even at the office when checking the temperature is always 32 or 34 degrees. I don’t feel pain, dizziness, nausea or anything else. What I feel is often just sweating. I don’t work in an air-conditioned room, I sit for too long. Why is my body temperature so low? Thank you in advance

Hello!
Thank you for using the HealthReplies.com consulting service
We understand the concerns that you feel
Normal body temperature ranges from 36.5 ° C - 37.5 ° C. This temperature is the ideal temperature for cells and enzymes to carry out metabolism. Below or above that temperature, of course cells and enzymes in the body that contain proteins cannot metabolize optimally, so that the process will depend and potentially trigger disruption in the body's organ systems.
Above that temperature, also called hyperthermia or fever conditions. Under this temperature, also known as hypothermia.
If the temperature of hypothermia, but you can still do normal activities, there are several possibilities that can occur, namely the temperature thermometer used is inaccurate due to a damaged system or the usage procedures are incorrect so the results are not accurate.
Body temperature measurements can be done in several places, including underarm folds, under the tongue / mouth and in the rectum. A place close to the body's central temperature in the torso (abdomen) when measurements are made in the rectal area. However, this action can not be applied even though the results are close to the central temperature. Measurements in the armpit area and under the tongue still have a difference between 0.5-1 ° C from the body's central temperature.
Therefore, use the thermometer correctly. It is recommended to use a manual body temperature thermometer that can be placed in the folds of the body to identify body heat directly. Digital thermometer (infrared / firing) although quite effective and easy to use, but its accuracy is sometimes still doubtful especially if its use is not correct.
Thus the information we can convey, hopefully helps
