Good morning, thanks for the question

Each operation has several risks that may occur, one of which is the risk of bleeding. Surgery is an invasive action because it causes tissue and blood vessel injury so bleeding is very likely during the course of the operation. The bleeding will be handled by the doctor in several ways such as cauterization or ligation so that blood does not continuously flow.

Likewise, in your case, decreased hemoglobin levels will naturally occur because some blood is lost due to the bleeding even though the bleeding is not heavy. If the decrease in hemoglobin is large enough, it may be advisable to have a blood transfusion to normalize hemoglobin levels. Anemia due to bleeding after surgery is not a life-threatening condition and can be treated until it returns to normal. Consult the patient's condition with the treating doctor for future treatment plans.

That's all, hope you can help.
Wassalam.
