Hello Tuti Anggraini,
Lower abdominal pain accompanied by complaints of difficulty urinating may be caused by urinary tract infections. Urinary tract infections are infections that can affect the urinary tract area consisting of the kidneys, ureters, bladder and urethra. Urinary tract infections are often caused by bacteria, can be from bacteria that originate in the rectum or due to other bacterial infections. Risk factors for urinary tract infections include:
Urinary tract obstruction due to stones Pregnancy History of old catheter use History of recurrent urinary tract infections Just undergoing surgery on the urinary tract Weak immune system Other symptoms that can accompany urinary tract infections are fever, pain during urination, discoloration of urine, blood in the urine chills, chills, nausea, diarrhea. Investigations such as urine analysis can be done to help diagnose urinary tract infections. Patients are encouraged to drink plenty of water, not hold urine, given a doctor's medication in the form of pain relief and an appropriate antibiotic, to do the wipe in the right way, avoiding underwear that is too tight. Thus the explanation from me, may be useful.
