Lower Abdominal Pain After Sit Ups?
Hello I want to ask, if the lower abdomen still hurts after sit ups, is it permissible to do the same thing?
Lower abdominal pain after sit ups can be caused by the following:
Common muscle pain
Tense muscles, and injuries
Pain originating from the postoperative scar, if any.
Of course, you should immediately stop these sit-ups if you feel pain in your stomach area. To prevent more serious injuries.
However, you can still do these sit ups again as soon as you know that this condition has improved, healed. Make sure of this by trying it slowly.
In the case of post-exercise muscle pain as usual, you don't need to stop this activity. Muscle aches, often called aches after exercise, and appearing several hours after exercise, are usually harmless. However, sudden pain, moderate to severe pain, will require further examination from a doctor, to see if there are other organs involved or injury.
Some tips for you:
Do sports activities in the right way
Avoid excessive exercise
Always start your workout by warming up first
So, hope it helps.
