Hello!
Thank you for using the HealthReplies.com consulting service
We understand the concerns that you feel.
Pain in the lower right abdomen in pregnant women can indeed be caused by urinary tract infections. This infection can be influenced by pregnancy conditions that change the pH around the genitals and the influence of hormones during pregnancy, uterine pressure on the bladder and poorly maintained hygiene.

Pregnant women especially when entering the third trimester are often found complaints during urination. Not infrequently if many of the pregnant women who experience an increase in frequency want to urinate even though the urine volume is still small. In addition to infection, it is generally a normal condition due to pressure from the uterus that continues to grow with increasing gestational age.

But several other possible causes such as
Urinary tract infections in the ureter to the kidneys, gastrointestinal infections in the appendix, gastrointestinal inflammation, and due to the influence of pregnancy due to fetal pressure to the surrounding organs.
Note that if you experience other symptoms such as nausea, vomiting and fever, you should consult a doctor immediately.
Urinary tract infections in pregnant women can not cause any symptoms, or cause other symptoms that are similar to disorders of the digestive tract such as nausea, vomiting, fever and abdominal pain.
Ideally, a urine check is performed to assess whether there are signs of infection in the urine sample.
Therefore, we recommend that you carry out an examination directly to the nearest doctor or obstetrician to get further tests. Urine tests and complete blood tests may be needed to assess possible causes.
Take care of your health, keep your femininity clean, avoid fatigue and stress and consume nutritious food. Avoid using underwear that is too tight. Change clothes often to avoid infection.
Thus the information we can convey, hopefully helps
