Lower Abdominal Pain Near The Navel Accompanied By Diarrhea?
Night, the last few days I often feel abdominal pain in the area below the navel, right and left lower. Accompanied by frequent nausea. And also diarrhea. A few days ago I had diarrhea due to spicy food, then I just consumed porridge. I gave diarrhea medicine and it got better a day then I tried to eat rice and regular food. But again diarrhea. Even now, whatever I eat, whether it’s oily or not spicy or not, I often feel nauseous, then I feel like I’m pulling and pressing my lower right and left abdomen, and diarrhea-like stools that hurt my waist. It’s not feverish, but it’s very annoying. How is this. Is there something serious? Because basically I have a history of GERD and Tyfus.
Thanks for the question. Abdominal pain can be caused by a variety of causes which are usually distinguished from the location of the abdominal pain, the characteristics of the abdominal pain, and other symptoms that accompany this abdominal pain. Lower abdominal pain, left, and right, can be caused by the following conditions:
irritable bowel syndrome
urinary tract infection
stones in the urinary tract
To determine whether your health condition is a dangerous condition or not, of course, a doctor's examination is needed. The doctor will need to ask more about your complaint and examine you. Doctors will usually also carry out further examinations such as blood tests, stool examinations, urine examinations, ultrasound, CT scans, and so on to find the cause. Then the doctor will determine the treatment based on the results of the examination. Please immediately consult a doctor first, especially if this complaint has been bothering you.
Please do the following suggestions:
drink more water to prevent dehydration if you have diarrhea
avoid holding BAK
Avoid consuming spicy and oily food
Also avoid consuming food that is not kept clean
always wash your hands before eating
do a warm compress on the sick stomach area
take paracetamol if the pain gets worse
I hope this helps.
