Night! This week my back hurts, my stomach hurts too much especially if I stand feeling slumped, I urinate and it hurts so much, eating anything feels nauseous, quickly tired, please explain

1 Answer:

Hello Rika

Lower back pain accompanied by pain during urination, abdominal pain, nausea, and fatigue can be caused by the following conditions:

Infection and urinary tract stones
Infections and kidney stones
History of injury, excessive body movements, and after lifting heavy objects
Nerve bone disorders
Muscle stiffness
Deformity and spinal loss

To ascertain the cause requires a direct examination by a doctor if necessary, additional tests can be done with urine tests, blood tests, and x-rays. For the time being you can do the following tips first:

Get enough rest
Drink a lot of water
Do not hold back the small baung
Warm compresses on the painful part
Improve body posture
Avoid cigarette smoke
Avoid lifting heavy objects and try not to bend
Take pain relief if necessary

If the complaint does not improve after 3 days, you should consult a doctor directly so that further tests can be done to ascertain the cause of the complaint you feel. Then you will be able to be given more precise follow-up care.

Hope it helps you,

Thank you
