Hello Ella, thank you for asking.
Reading the complaint you ask, the complaint can arise in several possible underlying conditions such as:
A sudden pull in the back muscles A portion of the bearing between the spine (Hernia Nucleus Pulposus) Inflammation of the spinal joints Spinal displacement Infection of the spine and several other possibilities. To find out the basic cause, you should check with a neurologist. The doctor will probably do a number of examinations by moving your feet which might trigger the onset of pain when done, but take it easy because the examination is not dangerous and is to help ascertain possible causes. After that, your doctor may ask you to have a blood test, a spinal x-ray, a CT scan or an MRI of your spine, and maybe a spinal density test depends on the tendency to diagnose your condition.
In order to know whether your condition is dangerous or not, it must be assessed firsthand by a doctor, only after it is known the cause can then be determined whether your condition is dangerous which can lead to an increasingly severe condition or not. Furthermore, the right treatment will be adjusted to your condition.
For a while at home, you should rest in a supine lying position, avoid doing movements that are too bent, avoid lifting heavy objects, and if you feel pain can be helped by taking paracetamol according to the dosage on the package.
I hope this helps.
