Lower Back Sounds When Lifting Things?
lift things. Body position leaning down. Then the sound of a tek when you want to pick up. Request Solution
Hi W. Nile,
Thanks for the question. Are you currently experiencing back or lower back pain? The position of your body when lifting things as you mentioned is a position that is not recommended because this body position can trigger muscle injury that causes muscle tension and muscle pain. The sound when you move may be the sound of the spinal joints rubbing. For now, you can do the following suggestions:
do warm compresses on the sore area, get enough rest, avoid physical activities that involve lower back movement but that doesn't mean you shouldn't be physically active at all. If you are not physically active, this can trigger muscle stiffness. Do the stretching movements slowly. Take paracetamol if the pain worsens. You can massage the affected area but it is best if this is done by experienced people such as a physiotherapist, correct your posture when sitting, stand up and bend down if you want to lift things, don't bend over. You are advised to squat or kneel slightly then lift the object by keeping your spine in an upright position and then you can slowly stand up. If the pain does not improve within a few days, do not hesitate to consult a doctor for further examination and treatment.
Hope this information is useful.
