Lower Left Abdominal Pain?
At night, I am 47 years old in the past few months, my left abdomen often hurts, especially when I sleep on the right, I want to turn left sick and stiff and my condition is normal, no fever or nausea🙏
Hello Yuli, Thank you for the question.
How long have you experienced this complaint? Do you experience other complaints such as diarrhea / constipation, bloody bowel movements, nausea, vomiting, weight loss, pain during urination, frequent urination, urine mixed with blood, difficulty holding urination, irregular menstruation, abnormal vaginal discharge, or other complaints?
The following are some of the causes of lower left abdominal pain:
inflammation of the intestine
colon and rectal cancer
urinary tract infections
Because of the many possibilities of medical conditions, I suggest, you should immediately consult a doctor directly, especially if this complaint has been going on for some time and is very annoying. Your doctor needs to ask questions and answers to understand your complaints further, conduct a physical examination on you, and perform other supporting examinations such as blood tests, stool examinations, urine tests, X-rays, ultrasound, CT scans, and others. From this examination, the doctor can find out the cause and provide appropriate treatment for you. For now, please do the following suggestions:
multiply the consumption of fibrous foods
consume water at least 2-3 liters per day
avoid consuming food and drinks that are not kept clean
avoid the habit of holding BAK
do a warm compress on the area of the sick stomach
consumption of pain medications such as paracetamol to treat pain
I hope this helps.
