Lower Right Abdominal Pain Radiating To The Waist?
I am 20 years old, my lower right stomach usually hurts up to my waist and it is difficult to sit or stand, please explain and thank you in advance
Thank you for the question.
In our lower right abdomen there are several organs such as the large intestine, appendix, urinary tract and in women there are ovaries and tubes. If there is interference with these organs, it will cause discomfort or pain. Pain can be pain in that organ or pain due to spreading from another organ.
The causes of lower right abdominal pain:
excess gas in the intestines
kidney and urinary tract infections
irritable bowel syndrome
The complaint you feel in the form of lower right abdominal pain may not be related to low back pain. Low back pain that you experience can be caused by:
muscle sprain or lumbar muscle cramps
kidney and duct infections
Immediately see a doctor if your abdominal pain is accompanied by the following symptoms:
stool mixed with blood
pain or pressure in the chest
nausea and vomiting
pain when pressing on the stomach
swelling of the stomach
It's a good idea to consult your complaint to an Internal Medicine Specialist to find out the exact cause.
The suggestions that I can give:
eat small portions but often
reduce greasy, spicy, and acidic foods
regular exercise and routine 3 times a week
Hopefully my explanation can answer the question.
