Lump In The Right Lower Arm After Lifting A Heavy Load?
I want to ask .. yesterday exactly 4 days ago I was exhausted from lifting heavy things after returning home, the right arm down felt painful and I held it like there was a hard lump … why is that? Is that a lymph node or what? Thank you..
Hello Alex, Thank you for the question.
Exactly where is this lump? Lumps in the arms can be caused by:
sebaceous cysts, which are fluid-filled sacs formed from oil glands
epidermoid cysts, which are fluid-filled sacs formed from skin tissue
These lumps are not caused by swollen lymph nodes because there are no lymph nodes in the forearm. Without a doctor's examination it is impossible to know the cause of this lump. We recommend that you check yourself directly to the doctor. The doctor needs to ask about this complaint and do a direct examination on the lump to determine the cause. The new doctor can determine further treatment after confirming your medical condition.
Hopefully this information is useful.
