1 Answer:
Hello Michael,
Are there other complaints such as difficulty swallowing, bleeding gums, or rocking teeth? The presence of a lump in the gums can be caused by the following conditions:
Mucocele / cyst on the mucosa Inflammation of the gums / gingivitis Gums abscess Oral lichen planus Oral cancer To ascertain the cause of your complaint, I suggest that you consult a dentist directly so that further examination can be done. If the cause is confirmed, the dentist can give you more appropriate treatment.
Some tips that you can do while waiting to see the dentist:
Keep your teeth and mouth clean Brush your teeth regularly in the morning and evening before going to bed Don't pick out lumps Avoid the habit of biting your cheeks Hopefully it can help you,
Thank you
