Hello Rha Sarah ...
Thank you for asking at HealthReplies.com, I try to help answer yes ..
The presence of a lump or swelling in the lower eyelid or upper eye, can be caused by a blockage of the oil glands in the eye, this condition can be called kalazion, usually the size of a lump around 2-8mm. This situation can actually disappear without any treatment. Some of the causes of kalazion are inflammation of the skin, having experienced this condition before and inflammation of the edges of the eyelids. Symptoms that can be experienced include: swollen eyelids, reddened eyelid area, a lump, watery eyes and pain. But to be more sure you should check your condition directly to the doctor, so that the doctor can examine your situation thoroughly and get appropriate treatment.
Now what you can do at home is to compress the swollen eye area using warm water for about 5-10 minutes, do it 3-4 times a day. Clean the eyelids to remove oil and dead skin cells that cause the lumps, keep the area around the eye clean, do not hold the swollen eye too often with the condition of the hands that have not been clean. If the lump is getting bigger, disturbing eyesight, the pain is felt so great, and the presence of fever, see your doctor immediately.
That is my answer, hopefully it helps ...
