As we have explained in your previous thread, if the stitches you are referring to occur on the outside of the nasal skin, chances are, the lump you are experiencing is caused by a secondary infection in the stitching site. This secondary infection is most often caused by bacteria. Because of an infection, the area of your nasal skin that has been sewn will become inflamed, resulting in redness, itching, pain, and swelling to form a lump. It may also be that the bumps that you are experiencing are due to excessive scar formation after inflammation (keloid or hypertrophic scars), or various other causes, such as contact dermatitis, hyperkeratosis, skin tags, and so on.
Without direct examination, it is quite difficult to ascertain what is the cause of the lump you are experiencing. Therefore, it's better you check your complaints to the doctor who sewed your nose skin before. If the true cause is an infection, usually this condition will improve with the provision of several types of drugs, can be topical (topical) or oral (oral medication). However, if it turns out to be another cause, of course the handling can also be different. Avoid scratching, squeezing, or forcibly removing the lump, especially with dirty hands.
I hope this helps.
