Lump On The Side Of The Anus Since 6 Months Ago?
I want to ask 6 months ago beside my anus there was a lump the size of a capsule and after a while the lump healed aka no longer exists and now the lump is back at first the lump was quite large after a few weeks it started to shrink, my lump didn’t feel sick at all….what do you think the cause is?
Hello, good night Bhima.
Anal lumps can be caused by several conditions, such as:
hemorrhoids / hemorrhoids / hemorrhoids, namely protrusion of blood vessels around the anus. Haemorrhoids are divided into internal and external haemorrhoids, where internal haemorrhoids tend to be less painful than external haemorrhoids. In internal hemorrhoids, lumps do not always appear around the anus (outside), but can stay in the anus continuously, protrude only during defecation and then come back in (spontaneously or with the help of fingers), and can also protrude around the anus and not can be inserted into the anus (as external hemorrhoids). The main risk factors for hemorrhoids are genetic (heredity) and hard bowel movements due to lack of fiber and lack of fluids. growth of polyps in the large intestine (rectum) Warts (skin tags) Tumors etc. To confirm the complaints you are experiencing, it is recommended that you consult a doctor (especially a surgeon). The doctor will conduct an excavation of complaints and a physical examination directly. If necessary, the doctor will perform additional examinations such as anoscopy (viewing the walls of the anus and rectum using a device equipped with a camera). While you are waiting for an appointment with your doctor, you can do the following:
meet your fiber needs by consuming green vegetables every day, high-fiber fruits, consume 2-2.5 liters of water per day, avoid consuming spicy foods, avoid straining, either straining during bowel movements or straining due to lifting heavy weights, etc. .
