Lumps Appear In The Anus After Eating Spicy Food?
I want to ask. r the beginning of my ass there is no lump whatsoever. after I eat spicy food, I suddenly have a lump. What do you think it is?
Hello Dedah, thank you for the question for HealthReplies.com
Lumps in the anus that appear after eating spicy food may be hemorrhoids (hemorrhoids / hemorrhoids). Spicy food doesn't actually cause hemorrhoids to appear, but if you already have a hemorrhoid condition, eating spicy food can aggravate existing hemorrhoids, for example hemorrhoids that didn't bulge or just small bumps can pop out.
Some other causes of lumps in the anus include rectal prolapse (the upper intestine of the anus that comes out of the anus), anal fistula, infection or abscess in the anus. In order to determine the cause, the lump must be seen and examined in person. Therefore it would be better if you see a doctor so that you can check the lump in your anus.
If indeed the lump is a hemorrhoid, here are some things you can try to do:
Consume more vegetables and fruit and other fibrous foods Drink at least 2-3 liters a day Increase physical activity, avoid sitting too long Reduce consumption of meat, fatty foods, sugar, and avoid spicy foods Reduce alcohol and caffeine consumption You can soak your anal area with warm water for 10-15 minutes 2-3 times a day to reduce swelling and pain in the lump. Clean your anal area well, avoid using cleaning products that contain alcohol and fragrances.
So much information from me, hopefully it will be enough to answer
