Lumps In The Head In People With Dementia?
Good night. When I was in junior high school grade 1, I had an accident that caused brain hemorrhage. I just realized during high school grade 3 there was a bump on the head. After the X-ray, he said, was a dead cell and I had dementia due to memory loss. What I’m asking is whether there is a connection between brain hemorrhage and dementia? How do I get rid of those lumps and how can I improve my memory again? thank you
Dementia or decreased brain function such as memory problems, impaired concentration, decreased cognitive ability, ability to make decisions or can cause emotional disturbances. dementia itself can arise due to damage to nerve cells in the brain in certain parts. This condition can be caused by several things such as Alzheimer's disease, vascular disorders or vascular dementia, brain cell degeneration, abnormal clotting of proteins in the brain, or a mixture of some of these conditions. Vascular dementia itself can arise from vascular disease in the brain such as stroke or bleeding due to impact or trauma.
Lumps on the head itself can arise due to several possible causes such as post-impact or head injury which occurs due to rupture of vessels under the skin, in minor injuries can disappear in a few days but can persist in more severe conditions or at an earlier age, the presence of tumors head, abnormal fat growth on the surface of the scalp, the presence of fluid-filled sacs and other causes.
Dead cells that cause lumps in question can be in the form of residual previous collisions that cause bleeding and do not cause sequelae if the light and the bump does not interfere with general health. But if you have trouble remembering, concentration problems, learning disorders then you should do a re-examination, especially on a neurologist to ensure your condition. Tell parents about the conditions they are experiencing so that they can be taken to check your condition. To improve concentration and memory, some efforts can be done such as getting enough rest, maintaining nutritional intake, practicing to sharpen the brain, organizing activities and also the layout of the items you use everyday, note important things that are often forgotten and also make reminders like for example on gadgets.
