Hi rahmah siterus skm,
Bartholinitis is an inflammation of the bartholin glands in the vagina. Bartholinitis usually gives complaints in the form of swelling or a lump in the vagina accompanied by redness and pain and in severe conditions can cause an abscess (accumulation of pus).
In the case of ruptured bartholinitis, you can clean the infected area using running water or a sterile solution such as infusion water, in addition you can use an antiseptic such as povidone iodine to clean the wound after cleaning the wound and dry it using sterile gauze.
Avoid using underwear or pants that are too tight and should wear skirts for a while. It is recommended that you also consult a health facility such as the nearest clinic or hospital for better wound cleaning and can also be given temporary medication to prevent secondary infection of the wound before consulting a dermatologist or gynecologist or obstetrician. In addition, avoid exposure to wounds from water for a while.
I hope this information is helpful.
