Mechanisms Of Chest Pain In Myocardial Infarction Patients?
how the mechanism of chest pain can occur only when on the move and when resting the pain disappears? myocardial infarction patients.
Hello Netraning Tyas, thank you for asking on HealthReplies.com.
In patients with myocardial infarction are divided into 3 types based on ECG images and also the results of cardiac enzymes, namely:
STEMI (ST-Elevation Myocard Infarct)
NSTEMI (NonST-Elevation Myocard Infarct)
Unstable angina pectoris
Even though it is divided into 3 types, the complaints felt by sufferers are the same, namely in the form of chest pain such as being depressed by heavy objects and not experiencing improvement with rest.
In contrast to the stable angina pectoris where complaints of chest pain can still be improved with rest. This can occur because the blockage that occurs in the coronary arteries of the heart has not been completely blocked completely so the heart only experiences an ischemic condition (lack of oxygen) when used heavier than usual (during activity) and will experience improvement when the heart load decreases.
I hope this helps.
