Medication To Deal With Cysts?
I have a cyst of 2 by 3cm, it is recommended to take the drug Visanne but this drug is hard to find in my area, a similar drug in Dian35 I found. Can I use diane35 as a replacement? I just consumed Visenna 3 days and 1 day late.
Hello, thank you for the question to HealthReplies.com
Visanne is a drug that contains Dienogest, while Diane35 is a drug that contains Cyproterone acetate and ethinylestradiol. Because the contents of these two drugs are very different and their functions are also very different, you cannot replace Visanne with Diane35. You can ask the clerk directly at the pharmacy where you buy medicines about other medicines that contain Dienogest. Usually pharmacies can replace drugs that do not exist with other drugs with similar content (although different brands, as long as the ingredients in the drug are the same, then the drug can be substituted / replaced).
If indeed a drug containing Dienogest (with any brand) cannot be found in your area, you should consult the obstetrician who is examining you so that other medicines can be given to you.
So much information from me, hopefully enough answer
