Hi Imah, thanks for asking with HealthReplies.com.
The condition you feel is a condition that is common in early pregnancy. In early pregnancy, some women may experience slight cramps, headaches, back pain, fatigue, body weakness, frequent urination, and so on. This happens because of hormonal changes in pregnant women.
Nausea and vomiting that occurs early in pregnancy can also be called morning sickness. The severity of morning sickness itself varies in each pregnant woman. If this condition occurs continuously that causes pregnant women to not be able to carry out normal activities then immediately consult with your doctor. Because if this is not handled properly, it can cause disruption to the health of the mother and fetus.
If the complaint that you feel is disturbing and does not improve, then you should do an examination with a doctor. The doctor will then conduct a brief interview, physical examination and additional examinations (supporting examinations) if needed. The doctor will also give you medicines that are safe for pregnant women. We recommend that during pregnancy do not consume drugs carelessly without the knowledge / prescription from a doctor.
Here are things you can do at home to help deal with complaints: avoid eating and drinking with a pungent aroma, drink plenty of water, use comfortable and non-tight clothing, avoid cigarettes or cigarette smoke, avoid alcoholic beverages, avoid consuming caffeine, multiply the consumption of fruits and vegetables, do a healthy lifestyle, and get enough rest every day.
If you experience nausea complaints that are felt to be disturbing, vomiting continuously, no appetite and drinking, severe headaches, weight loss, then immediately see a doctor.
