Medicine For Pain?
I want to ask, I am 16 years old. Yesterday I took part in a tug of war competition. After the race was over, my upper right hand hurt my shoulders and above my waist before my right also hurt. I already compressed it with ice cubes and gave it a patch but it didn’t heal. Now it hurts even more. What do you think the solution is?
