Menstrual Blood Is Brown And Menstruation Is Irregular?
I want to ask you yesterday, May 28th, my period was brown but a little bit, you could say it was like flak for 5 days, but starting yesterday on June 14, I came out brown again in a small amount. Please explain, is that normal or not?
Good afternoon, thank you for asking at HealthReplies.com. Menstrual blood that is brown in color is generally normal and indicates blood that has been in the body for a long time. Even if this indicates an abnormality, usually this is accompanied by other symptoms such as pelvic pain, unusual vaginal discharge, a history of sexual intercourse and so on.
Then for irregular menstrual cycles, this can be caused by various things. Among others are:
Being overweight or underweight Too much weight gain and fall Consumption of fatty foods Stress, lots of thoughts Fatigue, lack of sleep Take birth control pills Pregnancy Certain medical conditions
So our advice, live a healthy lifestyle by maintaining an ideal body weight, consume lots of mineral water, vegetables and fruit, avoid stress as well as cigarette smoke, exercise regularly and don't have to push yourself, get enough rest, and if your complaints still persist, get it checked out. to a gynecologist for a more in-depth examination. We wish you and your family good health.
That's all, hope it helps.
