I have menstrual calendar today, there is blood and mucus, but if you just wipe using a tissue, every tub doesn’t fall into your stomach pants, cramps like you want to menstruate, but why doesn’t the blood come down?

Hello Isabella,

The normal menstrual cycle is around 21-35 days with menstrual periods 2-7 days and the amount of menstrual blood 30-40 ml. Sometimes menstruation can be started with vaginal discharge first and generally it is still within normal limits. Sometimes also menstruation is a few days late.

Menstrual delays can be caused by stress, fatigue, hormonal disorders, thyroid disorders, pregnancy, breastfeeding, drastic weight changes, cysts, polycystic ovary syndrome, and side effects of contraception.

You don't need to worry for now. You can wait while doing the following tips:

Get enough rest
Manage stress well
Regular exercise
Maintain ideal body weight
Try the body is not tired
No need to wipe the tissue, just use comfortable underwear, change pants when wet, or can use pads as usual

It is expected that menstruation will return to normal in the next few days. But if it's 1-2 weeks still in the form of mucus / vaginal discharge, I suggest that you see a doctor directly so that you can do an examination to ensure your condition so you can get more optimal treatment.

Hope it helps you,

Thank you
