I was sick before my period before and my back was stiff, after 3-4 days the incident I had my period but the discharge was not as usual, my menstrual blood flow came out 3 and 4 after that my period was only 5 days. the same as me, if the lower belly belly button also hurts if pressed is that okay? please answer
