Hello Laras Istika, thank you for asking with HealthReplies.com.
Some of the causes of your condition are:
Disorders of the female reproductive organs (myoma, polyps, endometriosis)
Polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS)
Other hormonal disorders
Side effects of contraception
Each woman's menstrual cycle is different generally in the range 21-35 days. Some conditions that can cause irregular menstrual cycles are due to hormonal disorders, or disorders of the reproductive organs (uterus or ovaries).
To be able to find out the cause of your complaint for sure, or if the complaint is accompanied by severe abdominal pain, or menstrual blood that does not stop then it should be advisable to consult an obstetrician. Your doctor will do a physical examination, supporting examinations such as blood tests and ultrasound examinations to assess the condition of your female organs. Then after that the doctor can provide the best treatment options for you.
Some things you can do to reduce your complaints:
Avoid excessive stress and negative thoughts
Get enough rest and consume foods with balanced nutrition
Reduce or maintain ideal body weight
To reduce pain you can try over-the-counter pain relievers such as paracetamol
Hopefully this information can be useful. thank you
