Menstruation That Is Not Smooth And Spots Come Out?
Good morning dokk :), I want to ask lately my menstruation is not smooth. I also work at two doctoral shifts, night shifts and morning shifts. I work from Monday-Friday, well on Monday to Thursday there are no signs of menstrual signs, but when the last day of work comes out and it lasts for one week, it is normal for men to continue on for a lot of blood coming out within a week’s period of blood only a few came out, it’s been going on for the past month. Did it happen because of fatigue? Previously thanks dokk☺️
Thank you for the question.
Menstruation that is not smooth and flecks outside the menstrual schedule can indeed indicate a disturbed hormonal balance in your body, one of which is due to fatigue and irregular sleep patterns. It could also be, this hormonal disorder arises due to other triggers, such as stress, obesity, extreme diets, lack of exercise, excessive exercise, changes in body weight that are too drastic, eating disorders, side effects of birth control or hormonal drugs, and a lifestyle that is not healthy.
In addition to hormonal disorders, menstrual disorders can also occur due to other factors, for example ovarian cysts, thyroid gland disorders, chronic diseases, endometriosis, pelvic inflammation, pituitary adenomas, myomas, psychological disorders, and so on.
Your condition, can only be ascertained the cause, if you have checked yourself directly to the doctor or obstetrician. The question is, have you ever seen a doctor?
If not, presumably this is the time. The doctor can later do an ultrasound examination, hormone tests, or other supporting tests so that it can give you the best treatment. At home, you can increase your time to rest, balance your busy work activities with regular exercise, live a healthy and nutritionally balanced diet, maintain your ideal body weight, do not overload your mind, let alone stress, don't smoke, and don't also drink carelessly medication or herbal remedies without the advice of your doctor.
Hope this helps ...
