Good morning dokk :), I want to ask lately my menstruation is not smooth. I also work at two doctoral shifts, night shifts and morning shifts. I work from Monday-Friday, well on Monday to Thursday there are no signs of menstrual signs, but when the last day of work comes out and it lasts for one week, it is normal for men to continue on for a lot of blood coming out within a week’s period of blood only a few came out, it’s been going on for the past month. Menstruation that is not smooth and flecks outside the menstrual schedule can indeed indicate a disturbed hormonal balance in your body, one of which is due to fatigue and irregular sleep patterns.
