Menstruation Without Pain?
Good evening, I am a woman aged 20 years, I want to ask. I last menstruated on December 20-December 27, 2019 then I just menstruated again on February 1, 2020 this. During menstruation this time I felt something strange, because I did not feel the slightest abdominal pain, usually when I want to menstruate I feel my breasts feel tight but now it does not, other than that the volume of blood that comes out is only slightly whereas I usually in the first days of menstrual volume lots of blood coming out. I was a little afraid, what I experienced was natural or what? Thank you in advance
Thank you for the question.
A series of physical and psychological symptoms that appear before and in the early days of menstruation are often classified as pre menstrual syndrome (PMS). These conditions are closely related to hormonal fluctuations in the body. Frequently, complaints that arise are in the form of abdominal cramps, pain and tightness in the breast, mood swing, changes in eating patterns, bloating, nausea, chills, and so on. The intensity of the emergence of these complaints can certainly be different, sometimes severe, sometimes also so mild that it is not realized by the sufferer. The emergence of these complaints is not unique in reference to a disease. It could be, you do not feel these complaints due to distraction, for example by a lot of activity, a happy mental condition, and so on. The volume of menstrual blood that comes out even a little, as long as it comes out on the menstrual schedule that should be, and not accompanied by duration menstruation that extends (more than 2 weeks) or shortens (less than 2 days), the possibility can still be said to be reasonable.
You should not be afraid to overdo it ... Try to improve your lifestyle to be healthier, such as regular rest, sleeping early, eating lots of fruits and vegetables, drinking lots of water, exercising regularly, maintaining your ideal body weight. , and control your emotions well. Furthermore, if you find something strange about your menstrual patterns, for example in the form of irregular cycles or often too late, too much or too much bleeding, lengthening or shortening duration, and so on, do not hesitate to check yourself directly to the doctor or obstetrician for further evaluation and treatment
I hope this helps.
