Good morning, introduce me Sari, 19 years old, a student. I want to ask about the symptoms that I often experience which I find very disturbing. I always feel a whisper (sometimes a shadow) that always corners me, always blaming myself for all the actions that I have done. If I’m not experiencing the disturbances of whispers or shadows, in my opinion the thing that I always fuss with myself is not a negative thing. But the whisper always says that my actions are wrong. For example, yesterday I went out to eat with a friend and had several conversations. But after that, I would be blasphemed and cursed at all by that whisper that the thing I was talking about was the wrong thing. I then worry and worry if my friend will think negatively towards me. Even worse, I received a negative image; I am afraid of heights, I am afraid of wells, I am afraid of road traffic; and sometime my shadow appeared on the highway and hit by a car, I fell into a well, I fell from a tall building. All these things make it difficult for me to sleep at night and often hit my own head unconsciously and are afraid to go out of the house.
