Mental Disorders ?
Good morning, I want to ask, I had a bad incident as a child, after several years, I was often shackled with guilt because I could not forget that bad incident. If I make small mistakes, I will feel hopeless, often have negative thoughts about myself and don’t want to live because I feel useless. I will also cry every time I remember that incident, but this is not known by my family or friends, because they seem to me a cheerful person. Am I having a mental breakdown? How do I want to solve my problem, because I really can’t bear to face this case anymore.
