Hello, for almost a week now I have felt pain and tightness in the middle of my chest, every time I lie down or want to sleep feeling tightness feels like my chest is being pressed, then my palpitations and my throat is like depressed every time I breathe when lying down .. . My appetite was reduced and my weight dropped to 3kg in just the last 2 weeks … But I didn’t feel dizzy, nauseous, or sick in my stomach … So I guess what caused it to be like this, and how to overcome it, thank you
