Minus Increases To Two.?
Good morning, yesterday I checked my eyes in optics. He said minus me left -2.5 and slindris 1 and right -2.75 and slindiris 0.5 I am now 20 years old. I am confused because the last time I checked a different dioptic – + two years ago minus and slindris under one. Ask your doctor what should I do? Check back with the doctor? And my question is, can a minus actually increase that much? Mksh

Disturbances in eye refraction, including minus the eye (myopia) and astigmatism (astigmatism) can cause significant vision problems that make it difficult for you to work. This condition is thought to occur due to the shape of the eyeball that is too oval or uneven surface of the cornea of the eye, causing the shadow of the incoming object not to be refracted right on the retina. This condition, in addition to causing blurred or shaded vision, can also cause you to become more easily dazzled, easily stiff, difficult to focus, and also experience recurring headaches.
It is not known for sure the origin of eye refraction disorders. However, many experts believe this condition is shaped by genetic and environmental factors, including the habit of exhausting eye activities, such as reading small print, activating in low light, driving long distances, staring at gadgets, and so on. Of course, it is not impossible that the refraction of the eye deteriorates rapidly if the trigger is not handled properly.
We suggest that you consult directly with the doctor who treats you regarding the best treatment that needs to be done. If you are still in doubt, it would not hurt you to ask for a second opinion by going back to another eye specialist. Furthermore, your doctor will probably direct you to use glasses or contact lenses to correct your complaint, or also recommend that you undergo surgery so that the complaint improves more optimally.
At this time, you should first rest your eyes from tiring activities, as mentioned above. Get enough and regular sleep. And consumption of a variety of nutritious foods, which are good for your eye health.
Hope this helps ...
