Mistakes In HPL And Uterine Age?
In the morning, I want to talk about the certainty of the HPL date and the truth of the age of the womb. Because the HPL from the midwife and 2x the ultrasound is different, that is also the age of the pregnancy. -2019. Beginning in March d test pack (-) ,, but at the beginning of April d test pack (+) faint k2 line. End of April d test pack agy (+), are sure to follow. D USG early in September, biological age 28-29 weeks. As for the midwife’s testimony, 20-21 weeks, it was seen during the test check. I had another ultrasound on October 29 because on October 30 it was the HPL of the midwife and the add sx contraction smx, and the HPL was just waiting. on November 4th, but my age is 40-41 weeks, so I will be recruiting midwives 38-39 weeks to see HPHT. What will be the question: what is the HPL that is really different? until hr nie, I haven’t finished, mhon information
Good afternoon Liza, thank you for asking at HealthReplies.com.
HPL or estimated day of birth, basically only in the form of estimates and nothing is exact. This date can be estimated through manual calculations based on HPHT and can also be estimated based on an ultrasound examination of the womb. However, it should be noted that HPL obtained from ultrasound examination can change and can not be used as a main reference when compared with calculations using HPHT because the estimated date is less accurate as the fetus gets older.
If it is based on the HPHT calculation the womb age is still entering the age of 38-39 weeks, then generally that age is used, but with a note that you are sure that your HPHT is not wrong.
Therefore, if indeed you are in doubt, you should make sure further to the doctor to be re-examined and recalculated whether your womb is approaching HPL or not. If indeed later it is found that the age of your womb is past the month, the doctor will help you determine how the choice of the recommended birth process.
I hope this helps.
