Mucus Discharge In The Vagina?
so I last night had a relationship with my husband. When the morning sperm did not come all in there was spilled … I was like usual during the day but there was no mucus when I wiped the tissue … at night I just went to the toilet then I wiped after the tub … how come there is phlegm? gt out? What is normal vaginal mucus …? Coincidentally, night time is related.
Hello, thank you for the question to HealthReplies.com
Basically a woman's vagina always produces mucus. This mucus has a function to maintain vaginal moisture and also cleanse dirt and dead skin cells in the vagina. This mucus will be produced more before menstruation, during fertility, during pregnancy, or when you get sexual stimulation. Mucus that comes out of your vagina can indeed be the mucus of your normal vaginal production, it can also be a liquid semen from your husband who comes out again (this is normal and does not reduce the chance of getting pregnant).
During the mucus that comes out is not yellowish, greenish, grayish, does not contain blood, does not smell bad, does not cause symptoms such as redness, itching, pain, swelling in the vaginal area or cause pain when urinating, then there is nothing you need to worry about . As long as the mucus is still out, use a pantyliner and replace each pantyliner wet or replace every 3-4 hours. If you find the symptoms of abnormal vaginal discharge mentioned above, immediately consult a doctor.
So much information from me, hopefully enough answer
