Thank you for the question.
It can occur when a nail grows into the skin and triggers inflammation. In order to improve, this condition can be treated by administering several types of drugs, and even surgery to remove the nails is the focus of the problem.
After being treated and recovered, it is not impossible to recur. The pain that you feel, could indicate a recurrence of cantengan you. It could also, the pain arises due to other reasons, such as skin infections, irritant contact dermatitis, insect bites, injuries, gout, rheumatoid arthritis, fish eyes, nerve disorders, blood vessel disorders, and so on.
To improve, you can warm compresses on your aching fingers and apply the pain relief cream to feel more comfortable. Avoid the habit of using narrow shoes and cutting the nails too deep. Be diligent in bathing and washing your feet with soap to keep them clean.
If the pain still does not improve, or if it appears swollen, reddish, wounded, festering pustules, and other more severe complaints, do not hesitate to check yourself back to the doctor at the nearest health facility.
I hope this helps.
