Nasal Bones Hurt?
why does my nose bone hurt, day after day it hurts and my back head often hurts and makes me dizzy and nauseous. My nose hurts, but I don’t have a cold
Thank you for the question.
Pain in the nasal bones that feels up to the head, accompanied by dizziness and nausea, can be caused by problems in your own nose, such as due to rhinitis (inflammation of the nasal cavity), sinusitis (inflammation of the sinuses), even benign or malignant tumors around it (such as polyps, nasopharyngeal carcinoma). It could also, these complaints arise due to other triggers, such as migraines, cluster headaches, brain tumors, trigeminal neuralgia, cerebral aneurysms, vertigo, dyspepsia, hormonal disorders, psychological disorders, food allergies or other substances, metabolic disorders, and so on.
The conditions above are not all dangerous. Therefore, if no danger signs appear, such as severe headaches that are unbearable, massive vomiting (more than 5 times a day), stiff neck, fever for more than 3 days, and other severe complaints, you should first stay at home and do natural steps like:
Take paracetamol medicine
Compress warm nose and head pain
Sleep early and regularly
Reduce excessive physical activity, especially outside the home (this effort can also protect you from contracting COVID-19 which is endemic today)
Eat regularly, but first reduce foods that are too spicy, fatty, oily, and gassed
Discipline to exercise and live a healthy lifestyle
If the complaint still does not improve, or if there is a danger sign as we mentioned above, do not hesitate to check yourself directly to the doctor at the nearest health facility. If necessary, the doctor can refer you to the ENT doctor or neurologist for treatment Furthermore.
Hope this helps ...
