Hello doctor, I am a 16 year old teenager.u003cbru003eIn last December 2016, I had polyp surgery. And the doctor forbade me to consume ice for 2 months. At the end of last year, I consumed ice, but about once a week. And I’m having a hard time breathing to this day, like someone who has a cold. Even though I’ve recently stopped eating cold food, but I still have a cold to this day? How to solve this, Thank you.
