Nausea Accompanied By Diarrhea When Exposed To Cold Weather?
because I am a nomads who study outside the city, finally the holidays arrived. the difference in temperature and overseas environment with my hometown made me sick and diarrhea. after that the throat becomes thirsty and urine is dark brown. please help me what to do.
Thank you for the question.
In principle, changes in the environment that are different from the previous environment can result in changes in body conditions as well which must adapt to the new environment, including the condition of our digestive system. Apart from different environments, the food we digest is also different. The following are possible causes of changes in the digestive system when we are in a new environment:
Gastrointestinal viral infections.
Eat too much.
A feeling of stress, and anxiety, which tends to make the body want to empty the digestive tract more quickly.
Apart from different eating patterns in the new environment, our drinking patterns can also be different, and different temperatures will also make the body adjust its ability to store water and regulate moisture or sweat that comes out of the body, so we tend to become dehydrated, which is indicated easily thirsty and dark brown urine.
Here's what you can do:
Make a habit of washing hands before and after eating, preparing food utensils, and after going to the toilet.
Avoid eating in places where sanitation is poor. Avoid foods that are too sour and spicy.
Take care of your diet, stop before you are full.
Drink at least 2-3L of water per day.
Hope this helps :)
