hi, i’m 27 years old, my job is ojol driver. Lately my neck and shoulders like pain but lately it disappears and comes again, my breath is also tight, 2 months ago I once had a tense pain in my neck I brought to the neurologist he said it’s okay just tired. shortness of breath too. I wonder why?
Neck and shoulder pain can be caused by the following conditions:
Muscle tension: can be related to your work driving History of head-neck injury Disorders of the cervical joints Spinal deformities Pinched nerves Other medical conditions: meningitis, rheumatism, tumors, heart attacks, torticollis, fibromyalgia As for shortness of breath can be related to neck pain and shoulder, can also be caused by something else. Shortness can be caused due to heart attacks, asthma, tuberculosis, penumonia, anemia, hypotension, sinusitis, stomach acid disease, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, and chest injuries.
To help reduce complaints you can do the following tips first:
Get plenty of rest Regular exercise Perform regular relaxation and stretching, especially when driving / driving Warm or cold compresses are more comfortable for you Look soft Use a more comfortable pillow Apply a pain reliever gel / cream If you need to eat regularly with fewer portions but more often Sufficient body fluid needs If complaints are still often felt and shortness of breath getting heavier, I suggest that you see a doctor directly so that further tests can be done to ascertain the cause of your complaint. The doctor can carry out blood and x-ray tests to help confirm the diagnosis. Next you will be given more appropriate advanced handling.
Hope it helps you,
