No Menstruation For 4 Months After A Miscarriage, But The Test Pack Results Are Negative?
HealthReplies.com, I’m 24 years old. In May 2019 I underwent a curette due to miscarriage. Then I was puzzled for 30 days and the next month my period was smooth. But since August 2019 I haven’t had my period until now. I have tested dozens of times but the results continue to be negative. Then I went to the nearest health center but I was told to do an ultrasound without any examination. What’s the solution .
Thank you for the question.
No menstruation after a miscarriage can occur naturally because of hormones that have not been balanced. Even so, this menstruation may not occur because you are pregnant, stressed, fatigued, experienced very drastic changes in body weight, followed an extreme diet, used certain birth control, or also had other diseases, such as pituitary gland tumors, hyperthyroidism, ovarian cysts, Asherman syndrome, and so on.
Your testpack results are always negative, most likely it means you are not pregnant. However, to ascertain what exactly causes your condition, indeed you need to further check yourself to the doctor or obstetrician. Not just ultrasound, your doctor will also do a physical examination, blood test, hormone test, or other supporting tests if necessary to properly establish a diagnosis of your complaint. Depending on the cause, several types of drugs, or other therapeutic modalities, your doctor may advise you.
For now, here are our initial solutions:
Exercise regularly, at least 30 minutes a day
Keep your weight so that it's not too fat, not too thin
Be more diligent in eating vegetables, fruits, and whole grains that are rich in antioxidants
Don't overeat instant foods, preservatives
Wisely managing emotions
Sleep early, do not get too physically active
Stay away from cigarettes and alcohol
Do not take any medicine, fungus, or any menstrual smoothing medicine without consulting a doctor first
Hope this helps ...
