Normal Blood Pressure Test Results In Adults?
Hello doctor, I’m a 23-year-old man with a height of 170 and weight – + 70kgI want to ask, about blood pressure. At the first medical checkup, 148 second 136 third 132 and last 128 the same day. Why is this? Is 128 normal? Or are there other disorders? Even though I am often a blood donor and I am fine, and even pass physical checks before being donated
Hello Marya, thank you for your message to HealthReplies.com
Blood pressure or blood pressure is measured using a particular tool, where blood pressure is a measure of how strong the heart pumps blood throughout your body. In general, adults with healthy body conditions have normal blood pressure around 90/60 mmHg to 120/80 mmHg. Where the numbers 90 and 120 (the first number) represent systolic blood pressure, the numbers 60 and 80 (the second number) represent diastolic blood pressure.
Here you need to know whether the numbers 148, 136, 132, and 128 are you referring to systolic or diastolic blood pressure?
If 128 is a cystoloic blood pressure, it is actually still normal, because the recommended blood pressure is systolic blood pressure <140 mmHg. However, if you mention the second number or diastolic blood pressure, diastolil blood pressure 128 is high and is classified as hypertension.
But some factors can affect the measurement results in some people for example: the factors used, stress, and lack of sleep can cause high blood pressure when measured, but usually high blood pressure is semantic, so if it is repeated then this blood pressure will usually return to normal
