Hello Safruadi, thank you for asking HealthReplies.com.
Let me introduce myself, Dr. Rio will try to answer your question.
Previously the signs and symptoms that you mentioned do not guarantee you have a disorder or disease. Because of the limited data I have, and the symptoms are not so specific I have some guesses about what happened to you.
Ganggun worried. You have bronchial asthma. Somatoform disorders. Other disorders in several organs such as (heart, lung, etc.). Fatigue. To ensure these abnormalities you have to see a doctor directly, complete the feeling that you feel, then the doctor will do a physical examination on you to find the subject of your problem. Treatment will be consistent with your clinical findings.
At this time you do not need to think too much about it, because it can aggravate the symptoms you feel. All you can do is:
Get enough rest, sleep 7-8 hours per day. Evaluate other complaints that you feel, and look for a history of the disease as a child. Avoid smoking, drinking alcohol, or drugs. Meditating can calm the mind. Limit temporary activities. Eating and drinking enough to increase immunity. That's all the answers I can give, hopefully it helps.
thanks.
