Not Strong Standing Long While 11 Weeks Pregnant?
Hello, I want to ask, I am 3 months pregnant with a child of 11 weeks pregnant. I am still actively working in an office. during this 3rd pregnancy I often felt unable to stand for long (more than 5 minutes), my body immediately felt shaky and dizzy. and my upper stomach often feels like tightness, causing nausea. during pregnancy the first and second are not as heavy as this. Is this condition safe? explanation please. thank you
Good morning, thanks for asking at HealthReplies.com. Conditions can not stand long, weak, trembling and dizzy, can be caused by various things, regardless of whether you are pregnant or not. Among the possibilities are:
Low blood pressure Low blood sugar levels Anemia Dehydration Certain nervous disorders Conditions hyperemesis gravidarum or excessive nausea and vomiting during pregnancy
All of these conditions can actually occur due to the influence of your body's hormones that change during your pregnancy, and although in the first and second pregnancy complaints are absent, these complaints can indeed arise at any time. Conversely, if this disorder occurs in the first pregnancy, not necessarily in the next pregnancy this disorder will also exist.
In essence, it still requires a direct examination by an obstetrician to assess how your blood pressure is, your red blood cell levels, your blood sugar levels and so on to know more clearly the overall condition of your body. Only then can conclusions be drawn about your diagnosis and what treatment is most appropriate for you.
Meanwhile, do not be forced to stand for too long if it bothers you, make sure you have adequate fluid intake, avoid excessive physical activity, eat regularly and be nutritious, get enough rest, and check yourself immediately. So, hopefully answering your question.
