Not Yet Immunized 3 And Beyond At The Age Of 2 Years?
Good afternoon, my child is 26 months old and has not received immunization at all 3 and so on, can it still be done or just passed over ?, then what immunization should I ask ???
Hello, thank you for the question to HealthReplies.com
Basically, child immunization must always be completed. Even though there are delays in administering immunizations, immunizations can still be continued given or pursued immunizations. Regarding what immunizations need to be given to children, this is of course very dependent on what immunizations have been given previously. In general, children are required to get hepatitis B, polio, DTP, BCG, HiB (Haemophilus influenzae B) immunization, measles / MMR. You should take your child to the pediatrician / health center / posyandu and bring your child's health record which contains growth and growth history and child immunization history. A history of immunization can also be recorded in a maternal and child health book (MCH book) that contains your medical history from pregnancy to delivery.
If indeed there is no record of immunizations at all and you also do not remember what immunizations have been received by children, then you should do a check with your pediatrician to find out the continuation of your child's immunizations.
So much information from me, hopefully enough answer
